What if my ring size is between two?

We recommend to opt for the larger size.

How do I clean my pieces?

Cleaning your jewelry at home is simple.
All you need is baking soda, aluminium foil and water.

Add some baking soda and water in a put and heat it. Wrap your silver jewels in aluminium foil and put them in the water. Remove them after a couple of minutes and wash the jewels up under cold water.

Returns and refund

Returns Policy

cancellation, returns and refunds

as a consumer, the legal right articles l 221-18 et seq. of the french consumer code allows you to cancel a contract within 14 days from the delivery date of the product. in case you change your mind or want to return the product for any other reason, you can inform us to cancel our contract and request a refund. this right applies to products on sale. 

this right to return does not apply in case you removed the products from their original packaging and used them or tried them on due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

if you decide to cancel your order, please send us an email to hello@chokonzept, mentioning your order reference and the reason for your cancellation. right after, you must return the product to us in its original product packaging and unopened in undue delay. you must bear the delivery cost. please request the address for returns by email to hello@chokonzept. we will send you an authorization for return and a return number that you must enclose to your parcel. please make sure to write the return number on the parcel. no return will be accepted if the return number and authorization is missing.

make sure to keep your proof of postage as cho konzept cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. you must provide the tracking number per email to cho konzept.

cho konzept will refund you by bank transfer to the card you used to pay for your original order. if we refund any payment for the products to you, the legal ownership of the products will immediately transfer back to us. however, you are hold responsible for any loss, damage or theft until we receive your return parcel including the elements mentioned above, in the products original unopened packaging.

we cannot replace or exchange returned products. a new order must be placed.

How can I return my order?

1. Please send us an email to hello@chokonzept.com, mentioning your order reference and the reason for your return.

2. Fill the return form.

3. Pack the jewels with care to protect them during the transport and enclose the filled return form to the parcel

4. Send the parcel to the indicated address by our customer service

Please make sure to return the product in its original unopened packaging.

How long may I return the order?

Orders can be exchanged within 14 days.

When will I receive the reimbursement?

The refund will be made after receipt of the goods in perfect condition.
